Step:

  1. Un-shell your pistachios.

  2. Chop slightly in a food processor or by hand

  3. Line an 8w x 2h x 8L baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper

  4. Melt the chocolate, butter, and water in the microwave for 1:15 minutes.

  5. Mix well

  6. Mix in the instant pudding

  7. Mix in the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until well blended

  8. Mix in pistachios

  9. Pour into baking dish

  10. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set.

  11. Remove by foil from baking dish and cut.

  12. Serve or package as a gift and enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 6 tbsp butter
  2. 1/3 cup water
  3. 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  4. 1 packages instant pistachio pudding
  5. 3 cup powdered sugar
  6. 3/4 cup lightly salted pistachios, chopped
