  4. Turn the heat to low and let simmer for at least 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  9. 2 tsp garlic, minced
  10. 2 tsp paprika
  11. 1 dash allspice
  12. 1 dash salt
  13. 1 dash black pepper
  14. 1 dash chili powder
  15. 1 dash ground cinnamon
