Step:

  1. The above can make 4 layers of cake but Steve says make 3 layers.

  2. Bake on 350 for 30-35 minutes

  3. When frosting the cake, put 1/3 cup of coconut between the layers

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting the cake

  4. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  5. 6 egg whites
  6. 1 (15 oz) package of cream of coconut
  7. FROSTING:
  8. 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese (softened)
  9. 1 (3 oz) package of cream cheese (softened)
  10. 2/3 cup butter (softened)
  11. 4 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  12. 1 1/4 cup coconut extract
  13. 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
