Step:

  1. Cut zucchini in 1 widths and place on a sheet of tin foil that is big enough to wrap it all up

  2. Slice half onion and add to zucchini

  3. Pour Marsala wine on zucchini and onion.

  4. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the zucchini and wrap the tin foil up and place on the grill on medium heat for25 minutes

  5. Dump out of tin foil into a serving bowl.

Ingredients

  1. 3 medium sized zucchini
  2. 1/2 onion
  3. 1/4 cup Marsala cooking wine
  4. 1 tsp black pepper
  5. 1 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt
  6. 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  7. 2 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1 tbs chopped parsley
