Step:
Combine flour,salt to taste and baking powder on a bowl and add just enough water to knead a stiff dough
Rest the dough covered for 15 minutes
Meanwhile sauté spring onion whites, garlic and carrots using 2 Tb oil for 5-7 minutes on medium-Low heat
Thrown in the sweet corn kernels and chicken and sauté for another 5 minutes
Add pepper crushed,salt,oregano to the mix and saute
Finally add the spinach leaves and sauté till the spinach wilts
Keep aside 4-5 Tb of cheese and add the rest of the cheese and olives to the mix
Blend well and take off heat
Roll Golf ball sized dough into small disc to fit into a standard muffin tray cups
Grease the muffin cups and place the flour disc into each cup and press gently
Fill up each cup with the mix prepared leaving half an inch gap on the top
Add the rest of the grated cheese on each
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 220degree celcius
Serve warm with ketchup or any dips of your choice

1.5 ts baking powder
to taste Salt
Water as needed to knead a dough
2 Tb oil
100 gm grated carrots
100 gm spring onion whites chopped fine
100 gm boiled sweet corn kernels
150 gm shredded boiled chicken breast pieces
1 tb crushed black pepper
1 Tb oregano powder
4-5 garlic pearls chopped finely
100 gm spinach leaves chopped
50 gm black olives sliced
150 gm shredded mozzarella cheese
Ketchup for serving
