udon noddles with scallops

put scallops in Ziploc bag with the spices zip it shake it put in the hot pan sear the scallops it wont take long after these are where you want them set aside add butter get heated add udon noodles cook till done add cheese stir turn off heat add scallops and herb and spice grind over it
