  3. Slice 10 slices of jalapeno jack cheese

  4. De shell all crawfish

  5. Cut sausage into 1/4's lengthwise. Then at 3" strips. Fry until browned

  6. Prepare baked sweet potato fries as directed in leegoh68's recipe

  7. Grill burgers until done. Put cheese on to melt before removing from grill.

  8. Toast buns. Plate bottom bun. Spread with aioli

  9. Top with sausage, crawfish, sweet potato fries, burger (i made doubles), tomato. Spread aioli heavy on top bun. Skewer and serve

  17. 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  20. 4 ciabatta buns
  21. 8 slice jalapeno jack cheese
  22. 1 lb cooked crawfish in the shell
  23. 1 lb andouille sausage
