Cheesy Folded Eggs

Spray a 9-10 frying pan with nonstick spray. Heat. Add butter.

Beat the eggs. Slice the cheese thinly.

Add the eggs covering bottom of pan. Let heat and cover. After a minute add water on side and recover the pan.

Allow the steam to cook the egg top and bottom when done transfer to a plate. Keeping the egg whole like a tortilla.

Add half the cheese in the center of eggs. Fold all four sides turn over so folded side is down add rest of cheese on top.

Slice in half and serve hope you enjoy!
