Step:

  1. In a pot heat oil add rice, saffron, and turmeric stir heating well 3 minutes

  3. Stir well so rice is loose in water add salt stir again cover cook stirring occasionally when craters form

  4. When craters form stir once when they form again cover turn off the heat dont touch for 10 minutes

  4. 2 cup long grain rice
  5. 4 cup water
