Step:

  1. Beat the egg and heat the oil

  2. Slice the tomato into 1/4 inch slices.

  3. Add salt and pepper to the flour and, the tomato slices

  4. Coat the tomato slice with egg

  5. Then into the flour to coat.

  6. Next fry with the oil till done.

  7. Add the mayonnaise to both slices of bread. Add the fried tomato slices

  8. Serve I hope you enjoy!

  3. 2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  4. 1 large egg
  5. To taste salt
  6. To taste ground black pepper
  7. 1 cup flour
  8. As needed oil to fry the tomatoes
