Step:

  1. Boil the pasta till done.

  2. Boil the eggs. Let cool and peel. Slice eggs into quarters. Sprinkle with dill weed. Set aside.

  3. Drain and mix well with butter, parsley, salt, and the pasta.

  4. Plate the pasta and top with sauce. Add the egg quarters on top of sauce. Sprinkle with some dill weed and parsley flakes.

  2. 1 cup elbow macaroni
  3. As needed water to boil pasta
  4. 1 tablespoon salt
  5. 1/4 cup butter melted
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley flakes
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  8. Sauce-------------
  9. 1-1/4 cup roasted Bell pepper sauce see my recipe
  10. Eggs-------------
  11. 4 large eggs
  12. As needed water for boiling eggs
  13. 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  14. Garnish---------
  15. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
