Step:

  1. Put water, stock cube, pepper, coriander, olive oil, potatoes & honey in the soup maker & switch on. I put the grated potato in a jug & weighed the honey by pouring over the potato. Press soup.

  2. Using a food processor or chop small the onion, celery & carrots then add to the middle screen when there is room.

  3. When soup is finished, approximately 30 minutes, carefully take out the middle screen and stir the soup. Divide into 4 bowls & serve. Or cool, lid and keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.

  2. 200 grams aldi flavoursome potatoes, 148 cals
  3. 100 grams asda carrot batons, 31 cals
  4. 500 grams Celery sticks, 50 cals
  5. 1 tsp ground coriander
  6. 1 tesco everyday value chicken stock cube, 7 cals
  7. 1/8 tsp black pepper
  8. 10 ml olive oil, extra virgin, 84 cals
  9. 700 ml cold water
  10. 10 grams tesco everyday value clear honey, 32 cals
