Step:

  1. Simply pulse the 2 ingredients together in a blender to mix evenly

  2. You don't need to pulse the cinnamon or vanilla sugars. For the vanilla just place the pods in the jar of sugar and let the flavour infuse on it's own. The cinnamon is just as easy. Mix it in and it's ready

  3. Lavender sugar is great in a cup of tea, in scones or muffin batters and sprinkled over shortbread

  4. Tangerine and lemon sugar is great as a grapefruit topping and in iced tea

  5. Cardamom is great in coffee and in cakes

  6. Cinnamon and vanilla sugars are great in everything!

  7. Put the sugar in pretty jars with a nice gift tag with the usage ideas written on

  8. Serving size reflects 3 jars of each flavour filled with 200g flavoured sugar

  1. Lavender
  2. 600 grams granulated sugar
  3. 4 tbsp dried lavender flowers
  4. Tangerine
  5. 600 grams granulated sugar
  6. 3 tbsp tangerine zest (4 tangerines)
  7. Lemon
  8. 600 grams granulated sugar
  9. 1 large lemons zest
  10. Cardamom
  11. 600 grams granulated sugar
  12. 3 tbsp cardamom seeds (crack the pods to remove the seeds)
  13. Vanilla
  14. 600 grams caster (superfine) sugar
  15. 3 whole vanilla pods
  16. Cinnamon
  17. 600 grams caster sugar
  18. 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
