  1. preheat oven to 350°

  2. spray a breadpan with baking spray

  3. place all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. 2 large eggs, lightly whisked
  3. 3 tbsp buttermilk, or whole milk works fine
  4. 2 cup flour
  5. 1 tsp baking soda
  6. 3 ripe mashed bananas
  7. 1 cup sugar
  8. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  9. 1/2 tbsp banana extract
  10. 1 tsp cinnamon
  11. 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  12. 1/4 cup raisins
