Cook the pasta "al dente", which means hard pasta, so cook exactly the minutes it says in the bok or a minute less.
Cool the pasta under running cold water.
Cut the Mozzarella Cheese in small cubes
Cut the Tomatoes in small cubes
Cut the olives in for small slices
Mix these 3 ingredients and add the Olive Oil and the salt.
Mix everything with the pasta, and season a little more if it needs to. You can add some extra salt and olive oil, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. You might also add some basil leaves.
Reserve in the fridge at least 30 minutes and then it's ready to be served! :)
