Step:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions

  2. Chop shiitake mushroom, the parsley and the spring onions

  3. Melt the butter and add he shiitake and the mascarpone. Cook it together for about 3 minutes

  4. Add the soy sauce and cook for another minute
