Spread with chocolate and tahini

Melt the couverture chocolate in a baine-marie.

Use a whisk to beat the tahini with the oil,

Then add the couverture chocolate and the honey. Finally add the butter and continue whisking to combine all the ingredients together.

Store it in a jar that seals well and keep it at room temperature.
