Step:

  1. In a double boiler on medium low heat, add the cheese and some of the half and half

  2. Stir mixture until cheese begins to evenly melt. About 15 minutes. Keep adding half and half until you get the desired consistency. I add jalapeño juice to make it even more a liquify mixture. (Because when the dip gets warm or cold it starts to thicken and it's hard to dip a chip without it breaking)

  3. Add jalapeños to your desired spicy. Then add the rest of the spices. Mix well

  4. Serve immediately hot with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb white American cheese (from deli)
  2. 1 cup half and half
  3. 1/2 cup jalapeño juice (optional)
  4. 2-3 tablespoons diced jalapeño
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  9. 1 dash chili powder
