Step:

  1. Mix all ingredients except the toppings

  2. Preheat a small frying pan on med low.

  3. When hot rub a little butter on pan and add batter

  4. Cook till edges get dry and cake surface is bubbly. Flip.

  5. Cook a few more minutes until bottom is browned.

  6. Plate. Top with a pat of butter and maple syrup. A blueberry compote would be good on this as well. Enjoy.

  2. 1/3 cup water
  3. 2 tbs frozen blueberries
  4. 3/4 tsp bakers cocoa
  5. 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  6. toppings
  7. 1 pat of butter
  8. maple syrup
