Cinnamon Sugar Shortbread Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350. Line baking sheets with oarchmentbpaper

In a blwl whisk together flour cinnamon and salt

In another bowl beat brown suar butterr, egg yolk and vanilla until well combined

Slowly add flour mixture until incorporayed

Make Cinnamon Sugar for rolling

In a shallow bowl or plate mix sugar with Cinnamon

Roll dough into 1 1/2 inche balls

Dip each ball in egg wasg

Roll in cinnamon suga

Place on prepared pan, lightlyvpress ball to flatten slightly and add a cinnamon candie in the center of each cookie

Bake 12 to 15 minutes 7ntil set and light golden. Cool on racks
