Step:

  1. Mix Coleslaw and Fried Noodles in a large serving bowl. I used 'Changs Fried Noodles'.

  2. Combine all the Dressing Ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Just before serve, pour over the dressing and mix everything to combine.

Ingredients

  1. Coleslaw Salad Mix  400g bag
  2. Note: I added extra sliced Spring Onions
  3. Fried Noodles 100g bag
  4. <Dressing Ingredients>
  5. 2 tablespoon Sugar
  6. 4 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  7. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
