  1. Cook turkey sausage until brown

  2. Set oven to 400. Cut zucchini in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop out flesh & seeds

  3. You can save that for other meals

  4. Cook zucchini 10 min for softness

  5. Fill the zucchini with sauce & toppings

  6. Bake 15 min
