Step:

  1. Wash the Eggplant and cut 1cm roundels

  5. Apply the pizza sauce and grate the Parmesan cheese on it. Add olives and microwave until the cheese melts

  6. Garnish with basil leaves and enjoy Pizza Bites

  3. 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  4. 2-3 garlic cloves crushed
  5. as needed Parmesan cheese
  6. 4-5 Black olives
  7. 2 tsp basil leaves
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
