Step:

  1. Mix all seasonings & in a separate ziplock bag mix flour & corn meal. Take a tbsp or so & add it to flour mix.

  2. Add eggs, mustard, lemon juice, & hot sauce to the remaining seasoning mix.

  3. Cover dry filets with seasoning/egg mix

  4. Place each filet in flour bag, coat well & set to the side unto ready to deep fry

  5. Fry until golden brown, remove from oil & place on paper towels. Enjoy with cold slaw, potato salad, or whatever sides you like.

  1. 1 cup corn meal
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 4 tbsp hot sauce
  5. 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  6. 1 tbsp paprika
  7. 1 tbsp blk pepper
  8. 1 tbsp garlic powder
  9. 1 tbsp onion powder
  10. 1 tbsp Old Bay season
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice
