Step:
Take oil in a kadhai. Add the whole garam masala.
Put cumin seeds and allow them to splutter
Add ginger and garlic, chilli, saute until the raw smell goes off.
Mix red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Add onions and fry until lightly transparent. Add required salt and mix well.
Now mix chopped/mashed tomatoes, peas and capsicum and fry for about 3 minutes covered. Fry until it turns soft.
Add cumin, coriander and pav bhaji masala and mix well.
Mix crumble paneer well with the veggies and stir. Fry till everything blends well (just for 2 minutes.)
Do not overcook, paneer turns rubbery and hard.
It must be moist and soft as well. Add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with bread or roti or rice.

250 gm crumbled paneer
Whole garam masala
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 " cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom
2 cloves
4-5 black papercorrns
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 large onion chopped finely
1 n 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2 ripe tomato chopped finely (pureed or mashed for quick cooking)
1 medium capsicum finely chopped
2 tbsp frozen green peas (optional)... I have taken green peas
