  2. Ab section one ke saray masalay daal kar achi tarha mix kar lyn or 30 minutes ke leya rakh dyn.

  3. Ab Maida or rice flour mix kar ke deep fry kar lyn.

  4. Ab aik pan main section 2 ke ingredients achi tarha fry kar lyn then add fried gobhi mix well.

  1. 15 phool gobhi
  2. 2 tbsp yogurt
  3. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  4. To taste Salt
  5. 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  6. 1/2 garlic paste
  7. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 1 tesp Chat masala
  9. 1 tesp turmeric
  10. 1 tesp garam masala
  11. 2 tbsp Oil
  12. leaves Coriander
  13. 1/4 cup Maida
  14. 1/4 cup rice flour
  15. For coating:
  16. 1 tbsp Oil
  17. 1 pinch Cumin seeds
  18. 2 pinch Chili flakes
  19. 2 tbsp Yogurt
