Italian creamy chicken

Take the chicken and mix with salt, all herbs and egg white and keep aside.

Dust with maida and pan-fry it with 2 tsp butter.

In same pan add the crushed garlic and mushroom then saute well add the milk or heavy cream and boil it

Once its boiled add the cheese when the gravy becomes thick add 1 tsp all herbs mix and boil well.

Add the chicken and make it thick. Serve hot with boiled pasta.
