Satay beef noodles

Cook noodles as per packet instructions

In a large fry pan in wok cook the mince until browned

Transfer the mince to a bowl

In the same pan add the red pepper coom to soft then add the red onion.

Add garlic And cook for a min

Add the soy and peanut butter into a bowl and mix and 1tbsp of water.

Add the doy mix and mince into the pan. Add the cooked noodles and coat in the sauce add more water if needed.
