Honey Mustard Chicken

Score the chicken breast and marinade in mustard honey chilli flakes

Whilst that's doing its magic cook the rice as per packet instructions

Dice the mango red onion squeeze of lemon juice a splash of olive oil. This is a lovely salsa

Splash of oil in the pan and add the chicken lightly colour on both sides add the marinade and finish in the oven

Once cooked arrange on a plate and add some soy and lemon to the pan scrap of those bits in the pan this will be your sauce poor overland enjoy...... quicker than a dial in
