Step:
Drain all water from grated onions.
. Mix all I ingredients in qeema and keep covered in fridge for an hour or more
Add 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan
Take a big ball of qeema and spread on the pan, press it with hands to spread evenly on the pan base.
Place this pan on stove at medium to low heat
Cook for 10 mins you till hardens
With the help of spatula or knife make long cuts or strips
Flip carefully each kabab strips to cook from other side.
Put onions and tomatoes also on pan if there is space otherwise do when all kebobs are cooked on the same pan.
If required drizzle little oil from corner of pan
Cover the pan with a lid for some time.
Don't over cook it won't be juicy than.
Take them out and keep covered with foil.

Fry onions to medium brown with cloves, black pepper corns, zeera, bay leaf.

Onions, tomatoes, Bell pepper for grilling
For rice
2 cups Basmati rice
1 big sliced
5 _6 cloves
1 tsp white zeera (cummin)
1 bay leaf /tezpatta
1/4 cup oil
7 _8 black pepper
Saffron dissolved in milk or if you don't have add yellow colour
