Vanilla Cupcake

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy

Add eggs one after the other, incorporating will into the mixture. Add vanilla essence.

Sieve flour and baking powder and soda.

Add 1/3 of flour and fold. Add liquid. Add another 1/3 of flour and fold. Add liquid. Add the last 1/3 and fold

Preheat oven and bake for 45 minutes. Starting from the highest heat and reducing to lowest after about 20 minutes.
