Step:

  1. Cook sweet potatoes until tender.

  2. In a food processor; add potatoes, butter, seasoning and spices and then blend until smooth

  3. Keep in a freezer to set and be firm for about 15 minutes

  4. Mound and shape. Dip in egg and then bread crumbs.

  5. Fry with little oil at a time. Serve hot or warm.
