Papad roll chat

Cut papad into half and roast it and immediately roll to a rolling pin end (see in pic) and hold it for a while so to make papad roll. Make all rolls like this.

For stuffing grate carrot,mash or grate boiled potato chop onion finely chop coriander leaves.

To this add chat masala, red chilli powder,kala namak,salt and mix well.

Then add pudina chutney,imli chutney,4sp barik sev, crushed peanuts and mix altogether.

Now fill the mixture in papad roll and press some sev on both ends and the papad roll chat is ready to serve enjoy immediately.
