Step:

  1. Wash and cook beetroot and chop in pieces.

  2. In blender add beetroot pieces, garlic pods,jeera and blend it,add curd and blend again.

  3. Add coriander leaves, peanut powder blend it.

  4. Add salt and pepper mix it well or blend it to creamy texture.

  5. Take out in a serving dish and can be enjoyed as dip with khakra, biscuits.

  3. 2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
  4. 1 tsp pepper powder
  5. 5 tsp curd
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1 tbsp jeera
