Step:

  1. Set the oven on 225 degrees. In an oven tray, mix all the ingredients for the tomato sauce.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs except beef mince and leave for 10 minutes. Add the beef mince and mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into about 16 balls and put them in the sauce. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes and serve with your choice of pasta. Enjoy!

  1. 225 g beef mince
  2. 40 g panko bread crumbs
  3. 100 ml milk
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp paprika
  11. Tomato sauce
  12. 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  13. 1 tsp garlic powder
  14. 1 tsp chili powder
  15. 1/2 tsp dried basil
  16. 1 tbsp tomato puré
