Step:
In a bowl...knead your dough using the one cup of flour and water until smooth. Pat some veg oil and set aside
Beat the eggs in a cup
Fry the onions, carrots, garlic using some vegetable oil in a shallow pan.
Add in the eggs and fry until dry. Add in the spices 1/4 tbsp each
Divide the dough into small balls and spread using a rolling pin into circles
Add in the egg filling evenly and cover into halves...you can achieve the rugged ends using a fork
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve with your favourite sauce!!!Enjoy!!!
