Step:

  1. Froast the murmura on medium-low flame for 2 minutes. it makes the murmura crispy. now put the murmura in a separate plate.

  2. Heat a pan and add ghee to it. Once the ghee melted, add jaggery. Cook it on low flame. The jaggery is completely melt. Take little water in a bowl, pour few drops of jaggery syrup in the water, slowly shake the bowl, if the jaggery does not dissolve in water, then it's ready, if it dissolves, then cook the syrup for few more minutes.

  3. Add murmura to the pan.Keep stirring. on low flame.mix it well. turn off the flame. make the laddu while it is a little hot. Apply a little water on your hands pick up the mixture and roll it in a ball. Before making each laddu, wet your hands. murmura laddu is now ready to serve.

  2. 1 cup jaggery
  3. 1 tbsp ghee
