Step:

  1. Roast 1/2 cup Chana dal and grind it into powder. Once it is done keep aside

  2. In a bowl. Add 1 cup wheat flour. Add sattu powder, mango pickle, salt and chopped, 1/2 tsp oil, coriander leaves. Mix....well

  3. Add water as needed and knead a smooth dough. From the dough take a small ball and roll it in a pin. Make a chapati shape. Close the four edges like a envelop. Once it is done.

  4. Heat tawa. When the tawa is hot. Place the paratha and cook both sides. Apply oil both the sides. Fry till it become light bown in colour both the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate
