Step:

  1. Preheat iven 375F. Place chicken in 913 baking dish.

  2. Mix oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hr. Or until sauce is caramelized.

  4. Serve. Enjoy!
