Step:
Take oil in a cooker add chopped onion turn them little brown add ginger garlic paste mutton and chopped tomato saute it. Then add ginger garlic paste, haldi, green chili paste, red chili powder. Coriander
Add water 1/2 cup and close the lid of the cooker. Take 5 to 6 whistles of the cooker until the mutton gets tender.
Into another pot put masoor dal rinsed add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste 1 tbsp, haldi and salt bring it to boil untill it's cooked.
Now to the mutton add bottle gourd cut into pieces and cook until it's done.
Finally add the tamrind water and cook till it's rawness goes also add the Cooked dal and curry leaves and water if needed if the curry i thick.
Now it's ready serve it with baghara rice and enjoy

300 gms Mutton
1 Kaddu /bottle gourd big size
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
2 tbsp Green chilli paste
1/2 tsp Haldi
1/2 tbsp Red chilii powder
as per taste Salt
1 cup Tamarind water
1 cup Masoor dal
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp Oil
As required Coriander leaves chopped
15-20 Curry leaves
