Step:

  1. In a pan add oil and water and cook untill boil came.

  2. Then turn off the heat and add flour and mix very well with woden spoon.

  3. Now add eggs and beat well.

  4. Now put this beter in piping bag and in greased tray arrange beter. In the shape of eclairs.

  5. Bake it in preheated oven at 250 degree for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. Let it cool. They all will be hollow from inside.

  7. Now melt 100 grams chocolate and mix with 50 gram whipped ceam.

  8. Beat whipped cream in a bowl, dont make it thick. It should be runny.

  9. Make hole in all éclairs from one side and forcefully insert cream with piping bag.

  10. Now dip in chocolate. Éclairs are ready.
