Step:

  1. Melt fat/butter in medium sauce pan. Remove from heat.

  2. Whisk flour in fat.

  3. Whisk in 1/2 cups of drippings until smooth. Repeat until all drippings used.

  4. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste.

  5. Strain through fine mesh.

  2. 4.5 Tbsp flour
  3. 3 cups drippings or broth
  4. Salt, pepper, seasoning
