Pesto Elephant Ears

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature for 30 mins. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix eggs and water.

For both sheets: Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Spread half of the pesto evenly on pastry and fold toward center into a rectangle leaving 1/4" space in center.

Cut each rectangle into 12 slices. Place cut-side down on baking sheet 2" apart and brush with egg mixture.

Bake 12 mins or until golden.
