Step:

  1. Crush the biscuits & put them in mixie & grind till it becomes powder.

  2. Add milk & grind.now add malai & grind again.

  3. Put the paste in ice cream container & refrigerate for 4 hours. Add Hershey's syrup also.

  4. After 4 hours,again put it in the grinder it for few seconds & add chopped pieces of kitkat chocolate.Now again put it in the ice cream container & cover with foil paper.

  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

  6. Serve Cold

  1. 1 cup full cream milk
  2. 20 chocolate biscuits
  3. 1 cup fresh malai
  4. 1 chopped kitkat chocolate
  5. 1 tsp Hershey's syrup
