Step:

  1. Wash meat, drain completely and marinate with all the spices, salt lemon juice and keep for 10 mins.

  2. Now add chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, beaten egg, gram flour.

  3. Mix well and make balls as desire size keep in the fridge for 20 mins.

  4. Flatten the balls and make a round shape.

  5. Pour oil in a pan, and shallow fry these kebabs in a medium flame and serve with sweet and sour sauce


Ingredients

  1. 500 grams Minced meat
  2. 2 tbsp Crushed chillies
  3. 2 tbsp Whole coriander (crushed)
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 tbs Garam masala powder
  6. 1 Onion big finely chopped
  7. 1 Tomato big finely (deseed and finely chopped)
  8. Handful Finely chopped coriander leaves
  9. 6 tbsp Granflour
  10. 1 Egg
  11. as required Oil
  12. to taste Salt
  13. 1 Lime (juice)
