Square paratha with daal

Make balls (pairay) of kneeded flour.

Roll one ball in round. Pour some salt and ghee on it.

Then fold this round like this shape.

Now again roll this in big square.

Now cook this on hot tawa by given process.

When it change colour then turn it for 5 second and again turn.

Now apply desi ghee and turn it.

When one side cooked then cook other side.
