Step:

  1. Take boiled potato and green peas and mix them well by mashing the potato.

  2. Add onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, black salt, cumin seeds powder, chat masala, chilli powder and mix them well.

  3. Add tamarind water, curd, Namkeen on top, garnish with some coriander leaves and serve in.

  1. 1 cup boiled green peas
  2. 1 big sized boiled potato
  3. as required Chopped coriander leaves
  4. 1 finely chopped onion
  5. 2 chopped green chillies
  6. 1/2 tbsp salt
  7. 1/2 tbsp black salt
  8. 1 tbsp chat masala
  9. 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  11. 2 tbsp tamarind water
  12. 2 tbsp curd
  13. as required Namkeen
