Add yeast to beer and mix, leave for 10 mins. Then gradually at beer to flour. Add the salt. Mix and bring together to form a dough. Knead well. Cover with cling film and leave to rise for 10 mins. After 10 mins, knead and cover again. Now leave for 3 hours
After 3 hours, divide into equal sized balls. Leave for 10 more mins. Meanwhile preheat oven to 200 and bring a pot of water to the boil and add a teaspoon of baking powder. Using a slotted spoon, lower each bread roll into the bubbling water for about 20 secs. Put on some parchment paper
Snip each one with scissors to make a pattern and sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake for about 25 mins. Leave to cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
