Dolgana Coffee

Take coffee sugar and water in a big bowl whisk them together with hand blender or with hands

With hand will.take longer time you have to whisk till it changed the colour in light brown or creamy

When it looks light and good froth appears stop blending in glasses pour milk ice cubes if you like top with the coffee froth

Garnish with chocolate shavings or dust coffee powder lightly stir and enjoy the froth with spoon
