Mayai pasua

Wash your eggs clean and make a small hole on the airspace end. Arrange them in the boiler, with a little water, cover and let cook till well done

Chop the vegetables and mix them into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper

Divide the eggs into halves. Scoop the vegetables and add them into the middle of each egg

Serve
